It's satay that originally from Padang but now you can find it in other cities in Indonesia. Usually you can choose between beef, chicken, lamb, beef tongue, beef appendix. served with Ketupat (rice cake boiled), spicy sauce, and fried onion as topping.
yummy? of coourse it is! It's one of the most delicious food in the world after all.
