Kue Bika

a traditional snack from Padang, Kue Bika. You can find it in Medan too, tho it's a bit difficult because there's only one place that sell this snack. Kue Bika is made from combination of dlour and grated coconut, the you pour the dough to a small "plate" made from leaf. It's a bit sweet and the best way to eat it it is by hand while it's still hot.

The price is cheap, just IDR 2000 for each

I don't realy understand how to tell you about the pronounciation, "Ku" it's said like coo in cool, "e" it's like a, "bi" it's like bee, and "ka" it's like ka in kaiser.
